We wanted to call this episode “Sad Obi-Wan” because we discuss all the horrible things that happened to Obi-Wan in his lifetime, but it seemed too simple for how complex and crazy his life was. In this episode, we list all the instances of bad shit that happened to Obi-Wan Kenobi, beginning from the Prequels and continuing all the way through the Original Trilogy. But! There’s a lesson at the end of this episode. A lesson that applies to all, not just Kenobi himself. A lesson that we think needs to be reminded to all: that hardships don’t have to define a person’s life. It’s a person’s *perseverance* that ultimately defines their character.
